    Be careful guys Dodegar's Ultimate Weapon can be sold at an architect merchant for 7 LE.

    tl;dr do not sell dodegar's ultimate weapon for less than 7 le they are scammers trying to rip u off.

    The architect merchant is in the hobbit village, just keep following the path. Also, you run through there for part of the quest too.

    On the path where you find Dodegar (QUEST NPC), keep following that road and I believe it takes you to the hobbit civilization. And in the center of the hobbit civilization is a shop stand.
