Buying Will Pay 1 Le For A Good Level ~67 Wand - I'm Desperate, Please.

Alright here's the shitty situation I'm in: I can't play the game because I'm a level 67 mage and the only weapon I have is 2 shitty lv 50 wands, and I can't get better wands because I need to kill mobs to find one and I can't enjoy the game if I can't kill any mobs since I can't explore Gavel can't go anywhere can't do quests.
I am on Gelibord right now (if you're wondering how I got there, I ran and almost died, thought there would be a weapon merchant there, I was wrong.)

Requirements:
I haven't done any Gavel quests yet (Well I can't really do them without a proper weapon)
I have 64 Dexterity
I have 64 Intelligence
I am a level 67 Mage
I'm single and ready to mingle

 

Gavel is lvl40+ BTW, but let me see if I have any wands around that level.
How much will you pay?

Can't get a sunrise, if you'd actually read the thread you would understand I don't have any defence or Agility, which are both needed for sunrise -_-

 

How do you expect me to know what that wand requires if I don't have it enchanted?

@Black Sun Idk If I have any good level 67 wands, but i could hook you up with an ethereal and help you kill CoW when you get to him. Int min is 60 as the only req and will get you through till you decide on getting mythic weapons (unless you save that till later). If you are short on money talk to me and ill give it to you for less
