Wynn Theory -- The Origin Of Cinfras

First, look at the name, Cinfras. Think, how did Detlas get its name? Salted spelled backwards. Now look at Cinfras. It is Sarfnic spelled backwards. Doesn't that sound kind of familiar? Swap the "f" and the "n" and you get Sarnfic. Sarnfic, the name of the village that "due to evil powers residing there the mage council had to banish the village and the cave is all that remains". You had to go there in the Beneath the Depths quest.

I thought about that for a little while and then concluded that this probably means that the residents of Sarnfic made their way out of the ocean to escape the evil powers and established the city of Cinfras in Gavel!

I hope that this is not completely obvious due to some quest that I haven't done yet. If so, please let me know.

Also, @Tantibus and @Yuno F Gasai told me that these are also both anagrams of Salted's real world name, Francis. This leads me to the conclusion that Salted was the King of the Town of Sarfnic during its downfall (and he should be blamed for this) and he was the founder of the great city of Cinfras.

 

They are both anagrams of "francis", sakted's irl name.

 

Cinfras = Francis
Sarnfic = Francis

That's the only connection between the cities as far as I can tell. Blame Salted and his ego, he has to have 3 places named after him.

And who's the NPC?

 

The NPC is named Cinfras, exactly like the town.

 

Cinfras= Francis
Detlas= Salted
Almuj= Jumla
Ragni= Grian
Thesead= Headset_O
Nilva= AJ (I think)

Are there also places named after Crunkle and Tama?

You say that salted founded the town... In reality the names are just a fun bit of Easter eggyness we throw in, not really meant to show hat salted is a real character in the game. But oh well.

(But really why have the NPC and town named the same thing)

Salted said he has 2 towns because Sarnfic sank, so technically it isn't a town anymore (he sort of does have 3 though)
