Theres another person in that village, talk to them. Hazel is not the person you're supposed to talk to yet.

 

Go back into the taproot cave from Tiek's house and it will teleport you to the realm of light. Instead of killing yourself, find Tiek's house in the ligt realm, then follow the path after speaking with her to learn how the Decay started. After that, you will be taken back to the real Gavel, where you can talk to Tiek and finish the quest.

My issue is with The Headless Hunt.

I walked through the mansion and read the signs about the Dullahan, then decided I should go to the back and look for the guillotine where he should be at. I didn't find one, but I did find a cave going under the house, which I thought should be the right place. However, the cave does not let me in, as if I have not progressed through the quest far enough, and my quest book still tells me "Search the Dullahan's old mansion for the story of the Dullahan." Walking around the mansion many times again does not seem to make the quest progress.

 

Quest: Death Whistle

What does your quest book say?: Find the mountain and a way up on it

Where are you?: I have got the Black Whistle Leaf but Voer repeats the same prompt as before.

What have you been doing previously?: Climbed the mountain to get the black whistle leaf

 

This goes out to the GM without a compass.


Now, unless I am mistaken, and there is a second Pit of Despair disguised as a tree, it's North East, NOT North West.

 

Quest:Shattered Minds

What does your quest book say?:Try to find civilization within the strange forest

Where are you?:In the alternate version of Efelim

What have you been doing previously?: I have talked to Likeru multiple times, however, her dialogue does not progress, and so I cannot enter the second floor of the building next to the frog, and am therefore unable to complete the quest.

Not sure if this is an intentional quest or not, that involves a puzzle, but I can't find any clues to this quest.

 

OH ok well thank for telling me this i haven't done the quest to get there so i thought you only need to walk there

I had the same problem but i found the cave and went in it but the script is broken or something because a slash appears on my chat and I don't get teleported

 

In the room theres Gaurdians, 4 of them will drop wool. read the wool's lore to solve the puzzle.

Spoiler: Hint

Press the buttons in numerical order to the number on the wool.

 

Quest: Craftmas Chaos

Issue: In the section where you defeat the crystal and enter the corrupted future, you die from the fall into the giant santa's mouth. This makes the quest completely unbeatable as far as I can tell.

Status: It is completed.
Exit behind them teleports me back into start of the puzzles
I chose to be not greedy. I got the medallion.
Gave it to Kansard, says I completed quest, but only got emeralds and no armor.
Check quest book and says it is not complete.
I did /fixquests to see if I could get it back.
Got both the medallion and receipt.
Gave receipt to Corak.
Am I supposed to get experience from only one of them.
Emeralds and special armor from the other?
Stuck with medallion, cannot give it to Kansard.

 

Did you walk through he "inside" of the mountain?

 

I messaged Salted in-game yesterday, but I will post it here as well.

ALL the wheat and egg merchants are gone, thus making the "Cook Assistant" quest impossible.

 

I can tell you that it is intentional. But I won't tell you what it is ;D

I got a message from Cubie last night, and I will be fixing this and most other issues on the thread today. Bare with me, because this will take some time.
It should at most be fixed tomorrow, or today if we are quick about pushes!

 

You are not supposed to be able to enter without updating to the right stage. How did you enter the arena?

 

This is not a bug for a single quest. Many quests will ask you to do something, and the quest book will update when you finish. But most of the time the quest books tests for if you are in a single block or two. So most of the time I miss it and the rest of the quest is ruined. It would be helpful if the range for where it updates quest books to be everywhere a player might go after finishing a task.

 

In what way were you stuck? Can you go a bit more into detail? I am trying to figure out if I can move the tp region from the quick exit down in the spire up to the entrance or something.
