    the first 2 slots are for rings
    the 3rd is for bracelets
    and the 4th is for necklaces

    you can get these from mob drops, loot chests, and quests

    i'm not sure about the slots on items tho

    And you can buy some accessories from shops.
    As for the slots, they are for powder when the powder update comes out.
