With the addition of the Gavel Update, items can now change your health, for the better or the worse, in exchange for other stats. Due to equipment being able to negatively change your health, is it possible to constantly die from there being no total health remaining? I can test this with my two -5 Health Concentration rings, but I prefer not to, in case this can happen.

I don't think negative health regen actually makes you lose health. I think negative life steal can kill you though.

I think negative health regen actually can kill you, because it was mentioned in the livestream, but that wasn't my point. I meant that some items have negative total health bonuses (-5 max health, etc), and I was wondering if this could kill you indefinitely because you can't change your equipment on death.

I imagine there's something in place to make sure it can't bring you down to like 0 health.

Managed to test it with help from @SuperSoupySupre, It presumably nullifies the health depletion of the one(s) that deplete the least, so that you'll never reach 0.
