SPOILER Flight In Distress Help..

Ooook... So I have had a lot of trouble with this quest.. Everything is perfect and fine, until I have gotten to the point where you have to look through the door to see the key or keyhole.. this is where the problems begin

Alright, so first off, I look at the key once and it is fine. I forget the shape and go to look at it again. After I look at it again, I realize that I am stuck in that room and I cannot get out. I decide that my only way to get back to the ship is to /kill. I do so and I am teleported back tooo... Olux :/ Im like "ok, ok.. Ill just get back.." So I go back to Cinfras and get back on the ship.. The quest has basically restarted, but this time, none of the villagers or quest NPC's want to talk to me :////.

This is where it gets really frustrating. I have to do the quest again, essentially.. But without instructions.. So I start about doing the quest again, and I'm going, going, going.. I get to the Engineer and he doesn't give me the paper so I have to ask one of my friends who remembered it to tell me what the code is, so I do the code again and get back onto the other airship after the explosions and stuff happened. I kill the boss guard golem thingy and move on down to the bottom part of the ship.. Im almost back to where I was.

I do the TNT thing and get back into the place where I see the Key thing.. I get really worried cause I have no clue what the key looks like, and last time I checked to see what the key looked like, I got stuck, and thats how I ended up where I am. Finally after not being able to remember at all, I decide to go look into the key slot... AGAIN.. Aaaaand I get stuck. Again. And here I am, not willing to /kill and restart the quest for a 3rd time, so please, if anyone knows how to fix this, then tell me. It is probably something very simple, but as you can see, I'm not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer.. So please help.

That happened to me earlier. do /kill so back and you sorta have to repeat all the steps. Only takes 10 min since you know what you are doing now. Screenshot the key hole. Thats what i did. and then make key and rest is ez

I keep a pen and paper close to me when I play.

Sometimes I bring a kv with me and feed it cake and in return it reads me lore, gives me coords and helps me in puzzles.

When you get unslowed, shift and walk backwards, that's what I did

 

In the quest book it says I have to talk to the controllant.
When I speak to him he's saying that I need a passport but where do I get one?
Help pls :)

You need to do the other quest in thr airbase first, called Acquiring Credentials.

Speak to the NPCs around airbase. There are also sign posts that point you in the right direction.

 

Okay, another problem appeared. I did a part of the quest and now I can't find the Storage area..
Any help?

 

The storage area is accessible if you go up the ladder from the Documents Merchant, and then there is a stone button that opens an entrance in the wall.
