Pre-gavel Armor, What To Do?

You may think this belongs in "bugs" but I feel this actually belongs here because it's not actually a bug, just that the items may be corrupted. So if this still is in wrong section, I apologise.

I wrote a post earlier about this but the page refreshed when uploading a screenshot so I had to rewrite. This may be abit worse written but I did my best. So, I logged in to see the update. Yesterday I put my armor in my inventory and cleared the top left 4 slots because I had to do that. I saw my armor was in the inventory and I tried putting it on. But they got moved back, so I checked chat and saw I had to identify them. So I did that, and again tried to put them on (only tried on boots). Then it said that I need some skillpoints, so I leveled up the required skill points and now tried again. And all my armor went on successfully. But what I then nooticed was, my chestplate skin isn't rendering. I tried to relog, but it didn't work. I the hovered over it. What I noticed was that the chestplate was a Pre-Gavel chestplate. So, I made a global shout about it asking what to do. Most aswers I got was "I have the same". but I got one saying I should message tatibus about it. I tried to msg him but he was offline. So now I try to do this thread. Remember, I am not the only one that has this problem, so if you manage to fix it for me somehow, I really hope you fix it for everyone else too. I do have a screenshot of it too in the inventory when I'm standing at the identifier.

So my question now, how to fix this? I know I can't fix it, because I'm a user and I have no access to commands/backend. So, will they fix this or do I have to find a new chestplate and trash this one?

not sure what to do but you can definitely find a better chestplate in gavel, there are many better chestplates out there
