    When gavel happened, my wand Devoreuse never updated itself to a new item, and i can't identify it. It doesnt work as an item or anything, so I need a new one. This one was hard to get. Can I get a refund?

    This happened to my set of Ghostly Armour as well, and its still not updated. Unfortunately, Wynncraft has a strict no refund policy, so we just have to wait for them to fix it.

    They might refund these since you have concrete proof that your items are broken, though I'm not completely sure.
