I'm going to be very active now that Gavel is back, not sure how active with renders though

 

Do you use Cinema 4d or what program? Just a tip: don't use that kind of lens flare. It takes too much attention. Good render though!

 

Yeah I used Cinema4D, and used photoshop for the colour corrections and lensflare

 

It looks nice, but why is he wearing diamond armor? We got armorskins nowadays.

 

I don't have a way to get the new armour skins.

But still, chain armor fits the area more, since its in the desert, and that's level 30-40.

 

Very true yeah, but it's been a very very long time since I wore chain so I just set it to diamond since I'm so used to seeing it now and forgot chain existed haha

 

I'm also a renderer in Cinema 4d which is pretty nice. If you want a good rig search up: Cinema 4d FMR 5.0 rig and you'll get a super awesome rig. (I can't really see if your using it now). Also try making volumetric lights in your render, makes them look 900x more awesome!

 

THAT'S WHAT THAT RIG WAS CALLED THANKS. I cleared out my pc and I had no rigs apart from an old backup of rigs and I couldn't for the life of me remember what the FMR rig was called. As for the volumetric lighting, it does look a lot nicer, but it takes about 3x as long to render so I don't do it for outdoor scenes (which are most of my renders).

 

I'm really glad I could help you in any way :) I need ideas for renders so if you have one please tell me and I could show it to you when it's finished!

Edit: I know volumetric lighting is Heavy but it really makes a difference. It takes about 10min for my renders to render but I have a fairly good computer...

 

I could maybe get the volumetric lighting render time down by 50% if I overclock my cpu for when I'm rendering but that heats it up so much that it's pretty dangerous for me to do.
For ideas I'm going to see if I can get some Gavels areas downloaded to use in renders

 

I've been trying to figure out how I will get some of the Wynncraft map downloaded but with no succes so far... I really want to get hold of the new resource pack so I can model the weapons and armour for it so I can share it to the whole C4D Community.

 

Yeah I'm going to try my best to get a copy of Gavel to use, but it's unlikely that the person I asked for it last time is going to be able to get it
