As we can see, Gavel is NOT out and personally i doubt it will come out today.
We have been waiting for this update 2 years and it seems like it won't come out today.
Salted promised us the update multiple times (in august, and today) and and every time it was just a lie.
A lot of people lost the hype train today and everyone wants to know.
Please, content team and developers team tell us the truth.
Is Gavel really coming out today?
Or you're just making fun of us?

Ok let's get a few things straight those saying the update was promised years ago are lying we always planned for gavel to be released this year, so how you have been waiting 2 years for gavel beats me. Secondly yeah maybe we haven't got the release date spot on but the content members give up their time just for your entertainment and to make snide comments about us doing this for a laugh just insults us further. Finally to be honest if the hype has died a little so be it, but don't make another post about it as if its going to have an affect on other forumers who may or may not get less hyped because of what has been said. Ground breaking bugs are common with releases so why is gavel any different, maybe it will come out today maybe it won't but just hold your horses and wait.

I find this thread incredibly insulting. I think it goes without saying as to why.

 

It's meant to come out between the hours of 2pm to 11pm EST (That's 7pm to 4am in GMT / UK Time). At the time of posting, it's not meant come out anyway.

As well as this, your comment is incredibly insulting to the tons of people who've worked their asses off trying to finish Gavel. I'd like to see how you feel after doing even half their work then having someone say "Ugh, why haven't you finished yet? I bet you're not even doing anything".

 

Well, Salted said between 2pm and 11pm in EST. That means that for some people (including me) there is only like a quarter of the day left, while for others there is still half a day left. It is quite possible that it will come out while most of us are asleep.

 

I didn't mean to insult someone and if i did i'm sorry. But what i'm trying to say is when someone promise something and don't hold their word we can forget it, but its the second time that this happens and its really annoying.

 

However, considering that the Twitter page is definitely the newest and therefore the most relevant source, it's probably correct. What's a couple days wait anyways?

 

They're trying hard to get it released, and at least now we know it's confirmed for Sunday or Monday. Just because it's not immediately here doesn't mean it's going to be released in another year. To give you a small indication warning, Salted has said the server will be down for a few hours whilst they add Gavel.
