Death Discussion

What are your thoughts on Death, do you think he's a "perfect boss"? Should he be nerfed, or buffed? Is his regen too insane or the perfect amount?

You should have to fight two of them at once IMO.

 

Death is honestly a complete waste of time, he's only even somewhat difficult because of the other bosses in the room. Even with them he's still far too easy.

 

'Death' doesn't need any buff or nerf, it is okay for now, who knows someday it might be buffed/nerfed but it is okay yet.

As an assassin i fought him 6 times at once, you just need the skills and the right build.

 

Buff death. Make him crush the nooblet armies!

 

That's the thing. A player spends a lot of time getting their archer class to the point where they can get to Death and then they get beat. Then they watch assassins walk up to death and solo him ez. It needs to be balanced somehow.

 

If archer uses his spells fairly and on it's time, they can slain Death, same goes to other classes, warrior and mage.

 

True, but most players are unable to do so. All that should be done is a slight balance.

 

Since Gavel will be changing pretty much everything, its more than likely that Death and the other ToA bosses will be changed

 

Every class has its own pros/cons

 

Though the cons of the assassin are close to none

Death is a boss that is meant to be a challenge. I believe he should stay they way he is–a challenge.

I have not fought him yet but the fact that people can solo him at all means that he needs a heavy buff. I remember that thing where he was meant to the boss 'you would need teamwork to beat' and when he made 'Bob look like Cluckles. I still haven't fought him yet... maybe one day I will, but right now he needs a heavy buff, especially with the Gavel update buffing the average player.

Well, as my Mage is built on not battling bosses, Death is way too hard for me :p
Mage is still - and will always be - my favourite class, no matter how bad or good it is <3
