Welcome to Vesta - the newest alliance and perhaps the one most geared towards us.
Like our patron goddess, we believe in and provide the happiness of a home, the comfort of a family and the warmth of a fire.

Vesta is an alliance specifically targeted towards smaller, newer guilds who want to become stronger or older, but also larger guilds who want to have a good time. We consider ourselves a family, not a group of guilds strung together for fighting. Everyone is welcome and we look forward to mending past tensions because guilds are meant to be for working together and not fighting. Vesta will not be starting or participating in any chat wars (though we might try to solve them) and we'll try to hold the community that is Wynn together.
Don't count us out, though: Vesta will eagerly participate in warring and experience gathering as that's what guilds were designed for, but with a civil over warlike mind.

▶ Vesta enlistment:

The Vesta Alliance would help lower guilds level up and become stronger, though we're willing to accept anyone, old friends or foes alike. Hard-working leaders and chiefs are welcome to apply their guild here to become a recruit guild of Vesta.

However, you still need to build up a little bit before you join Vesta's family. Vesta is no pushover, we need to hold ourselves up. Then you will be welcomed with open arms.

▶ Why Vesta:

Wynncraft is a family and all of the members of a family should be loving, caring, and respectful. No guild is above any other, and we'll help smaller guilds rise up through the ranks. This will also build up the Vesta community and reputation. Vesta will provide tips, war safety, and enough emeralds (this can range from one to fifty thousand) when needed to war.

▶ Requirements:

• A level seventy-five leader that is willing to war and help the guild level
• A level sixty chief that can lead and will go out of his way to help the guild
• Ten other active members that are at least level forty-five
• Guild level of fifteen or higher

▶ Format:

• Leader name
• Chief name
• Guild level
• Active player count
• Why you want to join Vesta
• What you expect from Vesta
• How can your guild contribute to the Vesta family
• Skype-names of the leader or the chiefs

▶ Ranks:

Vesta is kept organised with communication though out all the guilds. By doing this, we can make sure Vesta can stay organised and calm with no misunderstandings. This means that guild leaders must have Skype to communicate with each other. There is also custom ranks given out to the chiefs in the guild. This includes:

• Head Chief: In charge of everything around the guild when the leader is not on. This includes keeping the other chiefs on task. Head Chiefs report guild complaints to the leader.
• General: In charge of wars and recruiting new members and teaching them how Vesta and how each guild works. Generals has to encourage wars and can give a report to the leader on who is active during war.
• Cheerleader: In charge of solving in guild problems and encourages what is best for the guild.
• Prechief: Given to newer chiefs. This means that they have to start leading by themselves and has to learn in detail about alliances and wars.
• Seniorchief: Given to older chiefs that know what they are doing. They are in charge of teaching new Captains, Recruits and even Prechiefs on how the guild operates.

Though some of these roles can be given to the same person, it is advised that you split them up among your guild members to encourage participation.

Vesta ranks are universal. If you are a member you will treat all members of higher ranks than you with the same amount of respect, regardless of whether or not you are in their guild.

▶ Bonding:

Vesta encourages cross-guild friendships within the alliance. This allows players to switch guilds for a short period of time to see how other Vesta guilds are. Once you leave your current guild and you join another Vesta guild, you will receive the rank under what you once were. For example, leaders get chief, chiefs get captain, so on and so forth.

Please note that intentional sabotage or 'spying' of any kind will result in an immediate ejection from Vesta.

• No hacking or cheating
• No abuse of glitches
• Be respectful to other guilds and alliances
• Make friendships and have fun

That the higher rank you are, the more secrets you'll know.
Only what a leader says is Vesta word.

▶ Events:

• December 10th 2015: Creation of Vesta
• December 14th 2015: Vesta organisation day (inform each other about ranks, emeralds and position in the alliance)
• December 25th 2015: Christmas party

I have a question for you, how do you operate? Is there one guild in charge of the rest? A council? Or is it a combination of the two?

We have a leader's chat where we coordinate with each other and talk about when to attack and how well everyone is doing. Don't get the wrong idea, Vesta is made for fun mostly and to help smaller guilds out but will war!

Smaller guilds also tend to listen to larger ones although every guild still gets the same amount of power due to the fact that we can try and steer them in the right direction. Everyone can contribute ideas and we would normally carry out the idea when everyone is on.

 

I should have changed the black to white, and made the image a bit smaller, but it still looks pretty good. Nice to see a new alliance (for better or worse). Good luck.

How long will this last?

 

that's an interesting question coming from a new member that relatively new to wynn, anyways it will probably last around 4 months.

 

It will last until fighting amongst the leaders eventually results in guilds breaking away, and forming new alliances.
That's how all alliances end usually.
