I rode on a boat and when I got to the door, the cities were all weird and there was magic in here! If anything I can say this province is cool, but I oughta start fighting yo, home to Gavel!

But Wynn isn't a Providence, it is a Province. A province is a constituent territory of a nation; providence is divine guardianship and control, or the capital of Rhode Island.
