    Do you use a name tag once? Can you hav one on your horse? If you get a new horse is it still named? Can you hav a horse and a pet named at the same time?

    If you mean "Is a name tag a once-use purchase?", then the answer is no. Once you purchase a name tag, you can use it on all of your pets and all of your horses, as many times as you wish. It does not go away. The ability to name pets stays with you.
