i'm not a VIP, and im a newbie too!
So, what is the difference between archer and hunter, warrior and knight, mage and dark wizard, assasin and ninja.

The only main difference is that spells are renamed, and u have a new tag in ur chat (instead of ar for archer u have hu for hunter etc etc)
It's just a reskinned class.

 

So, the class just reskinned, and the vip class power is same as a normal class?

 

If the vip class was better than the normal class it would affect the eula, which could cause the server to close. So yep just reskinned. And same power.

 

It's just few changes on the particles and sound effects.

 

To give you a more simple explanation

The classes you unlock as a VIP/VIP+ are just a reskinned class, just like what @Madsi6 said
but, if your thinking about if the class is reskinned, it's just the particles that were changed when they appear if you cast a spell

Also, they both have the same power

When people say "EULA" on a suggestion, they say that it's against the EULA (aka: Gives people an advantage over others). On the reply you were confused about, when Mojag updated the EULA, Wyncraft replaced all the previous benefits of the previous "VIP" rank (Assassin Exclusive Class, Double XP, VIP Town area) and instead gave the Old VIP and the new rank, "VIP+" cosmetic effects and alternate classes.

There's no technical difference, all classes act the same as their non-VIP counterparts; though having four more inventories, and 4 more chances to gain a "Bob's Mythic [Weapon]" has been seen as somewhat advantageous by the community, and a slight break in the EULA. A few of the more noticeable cosmetic differences is that Hunter shoots Flint, and is based around the "Emerald/villagerHappy" particle effect, Knight is based around the "Spark" and "Cloud" particle effect, Dark Wizard is based around the "Ender/portal" and "Smoke" particle effect, and Ninja can leave behind a "Shadow Clone" which is a non-armoured version of the player, and is based around the "Purple Spark/witchMagic" and "Explosion" particle effects.

Their spells have also been renamed too:

Hunter
Dark Wizard
Ninja
