Command Block Help

So im making this map for me and my friends and in one area there is a thieves guild. Problem is I cant get the bloody thieves to show their name and sell stuff to me. What I need them to do is be a brown robed villager named Thief who will buy gold of me for 10 emeralds plz can someone help me (im doing this with command blocks)

You spelled "Visible" wrong.

Though the thing is, last time I checked, CustomNameVisible doesn't do anything; it was disabled. You'll probably need to summon an ArmorStand with a custom name in order for it to be always active.

 

Its not the naming part thats wrong I can do that fine its the actual selling part im struggling with

 

Ok try this so its a villager named thief with invisible name and it got 60% of dropping emerald called: THE AWESOME EMERALD. Lore: BANK IS BAE. Also it will attack, has 30 health and runs at a speed 0.1
/summon Villager ~ ~1 ~ {CustomName:"Thief",Profession:0,Equipment:[{},{},{},{id:emerald_ore,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:"THE AWESOME EMERALD",Lore:[BANK IS BAE]}}},{}],DropChances:[0.085F,0.085F,0.085F,0.6F,0.085F],Attributes:[{Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:20},{Name:generic.movementSpeed,Base:0.1},{Name:generic.attackDamage,Base:5}],HealF:30}

See you put max uses on 1 change it to higher number

 

Then what did you mean by "show their name"? .-.

Anyways, you have maxUses set to 1, which means you can only use that trade once.

 

As Awe and Banks said, maxUses has to be higher than 1.

 

Ive set it to higher than one but it still wont work

 

I'm pretty good at command blocks. But when it comes to villagers, I'm clueless...

This villager right here is named 'Theif,' has brown robes, and buys eight gold ingots in return for ten emeralds. Making the nametag visible from further away would take a lot more work, though.
This command I have here also makes the villager invincible unless the player is in creative mode (Invulnerable:1b)
