Media Katoa.ca

For most of you, you'll know this is the website which allows you to create mobs/quests for Wynncraft and apply for the GM/Builder team. However at the moment the mob creator and a lot of other features bring up a 404 page. I was wondering if this is a known problem and if it will get fixed.

You do realise that people will be spamming the builders/GM's with their self-made mobs as we speak. Plus this forum is about Wynncraft, not a mob making site. THE LLAMA HAS SPOKEN!!!

What? I have no idea what you mean so ima just go and think that you said this thread is about the site.I get this thread is about katoa.ca, but it has nothing to do with wynncraft

 

katoa.ca is related to Wynncraft for it has the applications to GM and Builder.
I just registered for GM on katoa.ca

 

That's odd, since we (on our panel) can access the mob creator without any issues.

 

I don't think those generators really helped with applications anyways. Proving that you can enter some text into clearly-marked boxes without knowing how it gets implemented in-game or how to debug and balance it doesn't really show any more skill than just writing down the details on your app.

I don't handle the GM apps myself, so I can't really say for certain.

 

I believe the point of those tools was to allow GMs to create templates for quest/mob data. How this was made open to the public in the first place, I'm not even sure.

If you guys are applying for GM, you don't need the YML generated. In fact, it only makes the reading process more annoying.

 

I wanted to get a template so I could see how the mobs work as the GM doc doesn't have a template which I can download to test mobs

No, you can be denied. We GMs can still downvote people who do not seem to be good, and therefore those people will be denied.
