    No, no items come normally with enchants or IDs on them.

    Well, there is that one fire related bow that comes automatically with Fire Aspect 1, but other than that, all other items come clean.

    Wanna supprt this comment. I also have gotten many loot/mob drops of the Scorcher Bow with Fire Aspect1 already on it.
