Gavel Resource Pack

I fully understand most of the components of it, and that I will be forced to have it.

A few questions spring to mind, will the Gavel pack be forced into the Wynn Province too? I'm guessing it's likely, just want to make sure.

Is the pack one that will change blocks to look "cooler" or is the one in the trailers a combo of it and another resource pack?

Will the resource pack update be something that will compel people to play Wynncraft? Not just another resource pack with crappy textures put together in moments?

 

1. Gavel and Wynn are on the same map and server, so yes, the resource pack will be for both and any future expansions to come.
2. To my knowledge it looks like it re-textures everything to have more of a "rustic" feel. I personally like what I've seen so far, though.
3. It's not really a "resourcepack" update, I think it's coming with Gavel. I'm not sure the resourcepack alone would compel people to play Wynncraft, but with all the other stuff that's coming with Gavel combined, it certainly will. It also appears to be entirely original work, not just a sloppy put together of popular packs.

 

Does it make huge changes, like completely changing it to a point to where it looks like a completely different game, or does it just change it in small ways, like a simple edit. Changing the blocks only where they absolutely need changing?

 

From what I can tell it's a complete repaint, but all the blocks and items are still distinguishable. Take that how you will, I would hold of on forming opinions until we can use it.

HYPE TRAIN FOR RESOURCE PACK

 

The resource pack is made by some fairly reputable artists in the community, so quality should be good. Also one of the big parts of the resource pack is custom weapon models similar to those in Hypixel's Warlords.

 

That's the part that i completly love about the Wynn/Gavel ResourcePack :D
