Concerning Server Space For The Ball

Hello Wynncraftians!

Let's get straight to business. With the massive amounts of responses I've received on the teaser for the Thanksgiving Ball, I fear we might not have enough server space for everyone to enjoy it... I am most definitely open to ideas or suggestions on how we can provide enough room for everyone who wants to come. So please leave your suggestions below.

 

Select "Hosts/Hostesses" to take care of balls on other servers.

 

Just set up a server and make our own damn ball!
Question is, who has the ability to run the server?
(Also, we'd have to be careful not to advertise the server, while still making sure we can get plenty of people to join.)

 

anyone can run a server, but the real question is "who could effectively run the server"

 

Should the servers be too full, you can split the servers into one of dancing, and one of the fun events. This strategy will still maintain the fun atmosphere, but will require more staffing. I should be able to staff if absolutely needed.

 

waiitt? theres gonna be multiple servers running this? if there are then ya it could be one for dancing and one for events. but like if your paying for 2 servers, you might as well get 1 good one and use diffrent worlds for diffrent things.

 

Maybe you can have it in the hub... But that wouldn't be fun

I'd prefer for if to be on one server. Lol when that one miracle happens:
Salted: "Oh you need a server with enough space? Here have a white listed server just for your ball!"

Uhh simple concept, get there before anyone else. As in arrive 20minutes earlier and watch some anime to keep you going

 

Ask the server host to disable all the worlds and leave world 1# the only active one. If the whole server will host one world, it'll maybe have more space. Correct me if I'm wrong

 

On occasions like item bomb partys, there are often dozens of people in one spot. I think we'll be fine. Just don't do it on server 1. And don't spam too many spells to keep the lag down.

 

Maybe if you make grian and salted the honorary couple that will happen

If all else fails, why not do it in the hub?
