    to make a side profile, draw like you normally would but don't use all of the face and make some extending parts of the face noticeable
    (one eye instead of two because you cant see the other one from the side perspective, poseable nose, etc.)
    and if the profile has any accessories on it (crowns, hats, glasses, hairbands, headphones, etc.) then those are affected by the head's rotation too
    dont be the dickhead that rendered Roys haircut in SSBMelee to always point left

    remember, the neck can turn as well, so the torso doesnt always have to face the same direction as the head
    this fact can make drawing shoulders a hell of a lot easier

    to draw human faces, consider the following:
    -realism or simplicity? this can impact the appearance of the face
    -what style to utilize? it could just be a perfect circle, or a head structure similar to anime (thats me lol), or smooth asf realistic
    -facial features
    -eyes are always centered at the middle of the head (right between the bottom of the chin to the top of the head)
    -nose should be visible but affected by the head's facing position (the more to the side the head is, the more noticeable the nose should be)
    -mouth is variable but is frowned upon to draw the lips or divit (denty shape between mouth and nose)
    -ears are pretty easy to draw and even easier to hide, and their position is usually just below the eyes and to the left and right of the head
    -chin is unnecessary in simplistic art, but is mandatory in surrealistic art and must be perfect in realistic art​

    i guess my current avatar [NOV/5/2015] is a good example
