A large spine of petrified bone is protruding out of it. It's not of a pokemon that you've ever seen before, and it seems ancient. It seems to be part Dragon type.

You notice Latios' eyes glow every time Archwell speaks. Archwell's voice sounds alot like Latios'. Also, for some reason, you can understand him, unlike most humans.
