Well, October 23rd has come and gone, so I'm going to go with November 12th.

In no way is my guess going to be accurate, unless I am extremely lucky. But from what I heard, they have a few quests to finish, and they are almost done building Gavel, so for my guess, I am going to say... November 20th?
