Wynncraft Pe

Is there ever gonna be a wynncraft pocket edition¿

 

I highly doubt there will, even if it is possible.

Nah, probaly not in the close future, it would take a huge amount of effort.

 

It's possible. There already is a Hypixel PE, so I'd imagine Wynncraft is too.

 

The Mojangstas have announced that they are trying to make all the editions the same, but it could take a long time, and so would Wynncraft PE servers

 

Not all editions of the game will be the same, as the java language that the desktop version uses and the c++ language that the pe version uses (for Android at least, I dont know about IOS) are far too different. However, the xbox, phone, and windows 10 editions will eventually become the same, as modding becomes easier and easier on the C++ platform, i dont think it will be too long before the C++ version becomes more popular than the java version.

 

Short answer: No.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there already is a Wynncraft PE on IOS, I don't know much about it except that on the Apple app store its 2.99 or so, I just remember searching it up before and finding it...

 

I'm sure it'll happen eventually, just not for a loong while.

Another alternative is an app called Boardwalk, which allows you to run the full version of mc on an android device. The developer is active and it already runs very well in shield devices with the tegra soc. Problem is, multiplayer is broken ATM but like I said, the dev is active.

 

Couldn't the Desktop version be converted to C++? I know it would take a long time, but worth it. If they also did convert it to C++ they would just copy and paste all the code to the other editions.

 

I'm no coding master, but I'm pretty sure porting java to c++ would be much harder than just making one from scratch. I'd also run a lot worse if it was ported too. (I think)

Edit: Boardwalk is multiplayer compatible, contrary to what I said previously. In theory, you could play Wynncraft on a powerful android devices such as the nivida shield console. All you'd have to do is map the controls to work with the shield controller.

I think he means that the editions will have the same content and will be compatible with each other. Like with windows 10 minecraft and PE.

Minecraft PE is already on 0.12.0. This virseon is like the 1.8 of pocket edition.
So I think there's a chance of making a Wynncraft PE.

But if they do, they better give us the stats we already have on the PC. (I heard it's possible)

There is so much wrong with this statement that I don't know where to begin.

 

It says it can use Bukkit plugins...

if Wynncraft isn't using a custom build then all they gotta do is drag the resources across to the PE server.

 

I cant imagine it'd be that simple, but it COULD* make things easier.
