still need to make the radiation tanks and automated legs

this version of the Nuclear Throne will only be active as a vehicle, not a weapon.
this is because all of the Throne's attacks in its original game are all projectile-based,
and projectiles are impossible to create in the game i built it in.
it WOULD be possible if i knew how to actually open up a personal studio and run scripts,
but i suck at computer languages anyway and there's no way i'll be THAT devoted

so...
