Is This Normal?

hi so i got a diablo recently (legendary wand) and when i ided it i got this also i cant id it any more i am not sure if this is normal or not also is there a website that says the normal ids of weapons/armor?

Perfectly normal, Diablo only has those three IDs.

It says the average stats.
Avg x 1.3 = Max ID
Avg x 0.7 = Min ID

 

Yea, diablos can only be identified only once or twice (I was lucky enough to get twice).

It is.

For your level, I would recommend the Maple wand instead of Diablo. Even though it has slightly lower damage than Diablo, and is only a Unique weapon, this is one of the few exceptions to the Unique>Rare>Legendary chain that makes it superior to Diablo with its ID's. It has great IDs for its level, as well as the same Mana Regen and Life Steal that Diablo has, with the added bonus of a total of 6 ID's, with an insane XP Bonus of an average of 25%.
