    Sorry, but there is a strict no refund policy. That really sucks though, guess it's just bad timing :(

    hey dont be snarky about it! it specifically says in the ag
    agreement no refunds, so its not like you shouldn't have know the risk, and honestly, you should have seen the 'server is restarting' warnings 10 minutes before it restarted, so either you started it 11-30 minutes before the restart, and got a good amount through it, or you just weren't paying attention and used it anyway.

    The no refund policy is mainly about in game items. Stuff related to money can have exceptions. Email us at [email protected] with your issue, there may be something we can do.
