Ease The Grind?

So as many people might say, the grind between levels is grueling, especially to some who only wish to constantly progress. When I first started playing Wynncraft about a year ago I didn't mind it, but I stopped around level 42 on my Mage and now having come back it's awful..

I returned about last week, and I've periodically checked in throughout the months due to the smell of Gavel over the hill. But I've come to ask if anyone has any recommendations which might ease the pain I've come to gain from my frequent level grinding?

I've done all the quests I can which has gotten me to level 48. I'm about half XP to 49, my active quests are Frost Bitten and Tower of Ascension, neither I'm able to do at the moment due to lower level gear. I'm currently grinding at the "Corrupted Sentinels" in the cavern between Nesaak and Lusuco

 

Blame Salted for having a Diablo background, it's why early wynncraft is so grindy, 60-75 is also grindy.

 

Grian already said Wynn is too grindy, so he may change it in the Gavel update ;)

 

Thank's for sharing that, the Gavel update has definitely got me' interest back into Wynncraft. Hopefully with quicker training too I'll be able to catch up and enjoy what I've been missing out. ;)

 

Sadly I can't give you any really great tips. Maybe you can listen to some music while you grind :P
I dearly hope that the Gavel release will get rid of all this grindiness in Wynncraft.

 

Here's some better news, Gavel is going to be for level 40 and up, and you're in the level 40 range, so you will be able to fully immerse yourself with Gavel when it comes out.

 

You came up with the idea of creating Wynncraft and you did say that you played the MMOs so it is basically your fault for the grinding. :P

 

You know, he totally made no quests in certain areas just to make people mad, oh wait the gm's make quests

 

Well Salted has made quests himself before. Also, why you so salty, he wasn't being mean or anything. :P

 

ohohoho... you havent even got to the worst of it... 70-75 is easy as all hell... but getting to 70 is TOUGH....

 

For me, there's absolutely no fun in grinding. At all. Ever.

 

For me 68-75 like 1-15.

 

Really you can't do anything else, your doing what everyone else is doing at the moment, and stick to your normal grinding spot that's the best place to go.

 

Name one MMORPG that doesn't involve grinding.

I agree about getting to level 70, but 70-75 is by no means easier.
I don't know if I'm just not spending enough time grinding or if I'm missing the right spot/gear, but holy f***, that road from 70 to 71 was by no means easy.

(Then again, getting to level 68 was even tougher for me...)

 

Do frost bitten. Its not hard at all.

Toa, it took me 20 minutes for 70-71. is 68 when you can go into ToA? i dont remember. but toa got a huge buff and make grinding a lot easier :D

 

ToA? You mean ToL?

 

Gavel will hopefully have many more quests and enemys to make being lvl 40 + easier
