Opulenity technically isn't a word, it's probably a play on the word opulence, which means pretty much what you described

Meanderthal is a pun- it's the word meander (to walk around aimlessly) combined with Neanderthal (an early species of humans- basically cave men)

A switchblade is just a kind of knife, it's not really a reference to anything

Mithril is a made-up metal. From wikipedia: "Mithril is a metal found in many fantasy worlds. It was originally introduced by the fantasy writings of J. R. R. Tolkien, being present in his Middle Earth. It resembles silver but is stronger than steel, and much lighter in weight than either." Presumably Mithril Leggings are just leggings made of mithril.

Real talk tho, Ekeloch could be a reference to the Robust Echeloch from Vindictus, a large enemy with larger shoulder pads.

 

The pants, Naga Viper, refers to one of the hottest chili peppers known to man. It may also refer to a humanoid snake-like being.

Culex refers to a genus of certain mosquitoes, while maybe referring to the secret boss, named Culex, in the Super Mario RPG.

That's the only reasonable results I can find for now.

I'm pretty sure Bad Wolf references the Fenris Wolf, a wolf in Norse mythology that was kept in chains, and would bring about the end of the world if it was ever freed. (Look at the item's lore, it says something about a prophecy of coming disaster)

 

Erratio heavily references Homestuck in its lore. Here's a list off the top of my head:
413 health - 413 is an arc number, made due to the start of the webcomic on April 13th, AKA 4/13.
"blind prophet" - Terezi mentions in her introduction that her typing quirk comes from 413, the number of the blind prophets.
"ruthless justicars and executioners" - Another reference to Terezi - she has a tendency to play troll-court games with her stuffed animals, which of course involves hanging those found guilty.
"die only a heroic or just death" - A mechanic of God Tier. Basically if you get hit by a bus you'll live, if you die saving the world you stay dead.
tl;dr terezi's god hood found its way into wynncraft

Going with the above, the dagger Black and the wand Cascade's names could easily be references to two major flash animations. Black is more referency due to the fact that it's a dagger, aka a knife, the weapon of choice for a certain antagonist in the flash. Cascade's lore is a bit of a stretch but it could also be a reference due to the "disconnected series of events" - Homestuck is known for having way too many plot threads going on at once. I'd say it's enough that it could be counted.

Aquamarine, Azurite, Turquoise, and Sapphire are all blue minerals. Might find pics later.

The boots "Way Back Home" could easily reference something like Wizard of Oz where the shoes let you go back home.

Bad Wolf could easily reference Doctor Who from what I've heard, but I've only watched a few episodes so someone who knows more could probably provide input.

Alazarin is very close to Alizarin, word that means red pigment. This is referenced in the name - it's an artist's palette knife used to kill.

Chaleur means "heat" in french. Fitting for its element - fire.

Harwrol means epic, heroic, justice, etc. in Welsh.
