I don't know if this is already mentioned and it's vaguely not against the EULA but on Hypixel, if you do the Network Boosters (only available if you buy them via donating) which provide 3x the coins in a certain game, players are able to 'tip' you which provides you with 250 coins while giving the player that tipped you 50 coins. Since most games have upgrades that can be bought with coins, this really puts the donors ahead. Also Mystery Boxes that are tier 4-5 can only be obtained by donors.

Wynncraft: You can ride a silverfish around thats slower than a Lv. 1 Brown horse and actually causes more trouble than it's worth as you can't cast spells and the hitboxes get all janky.

Here comes the math god xD.

All of the following estimates are based only on personal experience, not on any hard evidence.

Say there are 18 servers online, on average.

This means that, if an xp bomb is launched and you didn't buy it, you have a 1/18 chance of being affected by it. On the other hand, if you bought the bomb, you have a 100% chance of being effected by it. Therefore, xp bombs are 18 times more potent if you bought them, violating the EULA and giving an unfair advantage to donators.

However, on a less mathematical note, nobody gives a s**t about the Mojang (Microsoft?) EULA. True, some servers like Mineplanks have changed their game mechanics for fear of a lawsuit, but, for the most part, the minecraft community has been completely noncompliant, and not a single lawsuit has been filed by Mojang (Sorry, Microsoft, I'm still pissed off about that). This makes it followed about as much as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

    DMCA actually closed stuff.
Sometimes if you google some things you might see a warning: "This site has been closed on a DMCA complaint.Read more at: ChillingEffects.org "

So Minecraft EULA is even less followed than DMCA.
It is one of the most useless EULA's.

I once played on a modded faction server. (WHAAAT?!?! TROLL PLAYED MODDED AND FACTIONS!?!?!)
The donators were able to tp to others, the non vip's couldn't. Luckily you needed to allow them, so they couldn't tp to you and destroy your stuff.
But still, this gave them a huge advantage in everything location related.
(the only mod the server had was flans mod, i quit when my "ally" raided my base.)
