????? : Welcome contestants, I trust Holden filled you in on what we will be doing right now?

Pillowpet: Uh, no, he did not, where is he?

Ivy: Contestants?




Chatlog:

Pillowpet: He disappeared!

Tim: He is certainly quite the character…

Ivy: Contestants?

Icicled: He did not follow us through the exit door.

Tim: Oh ok, he probably has better things to do.

?????: Actually no, he does not, I have no idea why he left.

Ivy: AHEM




Chatlog:

Ivy: CONTESTANTS?!?!?!

?????: Ah yes, well, you 5, and Mular over there-

Mular: Hello

?????: Have been invited to take place in a competition as part of the new update.

Tim: really?

Hunter: I thought as much.

Ivy: Then why didn’t you share that with any of us?

Hunter: I love a good surprise.

Pillowpet: What kind of competition?

?????: I will explain that, but before I do you have to agree to take part. The competition will last a maximum of 2 weeks, and you will all get free airfare, food, and hotel rooms if you have to extend your stay.

Pillowpet: Well, I live here, so this is no problem.

Icicled: Me too.

Hunter: Who are you? How do we know this is an official Wynn thing?

?????: Oh, well, I am Modern. I am one of the two hosts of this competition, and if you don’t believe me, just decline and wait for the announcement. You will be disappointed not to attend.

Hunter: Well, sure I guess.

Modern: Great! And what about you two, Ivy and Tim?

Ivy: It sounds great!

Tim (whispering to Ivy): What about school?

Ivy: We can miss a few days. This could be big.

Tim: Oh well, sure I guess.

Modern: Well then, I guess that’s that then! Any more questions before I inform you on the actual competition?

Hunter: How many other competitors are there?

Modern: I cannot reveal that information yet, but the other host, Eevee, is filling them in right now.

Tim: What’s color hair even is that?

Modern: I wish I could tell you. It was a joke gone too far…

Tim: uh, ok I guess.

Modern: Is that all? Great let’s get to it then!



Chatlog:

Modern: This, is the province Forleton. We cannot show you much of it, but there are a few facts you need to know before you participate in the contest.



Chatlog:

Modern: This is the first half of Forleton. It varies all the way from level one to endgame, and even beyond. It is found directly under the Wynn province-

Mular: Under the province? Is they the people who have been making certain areas of Wynn shake violently?

Modern: not exactly, but I am getting to that. The area has few links to Wynn itself, only a few openings to the surface. The most noteworthy of these is the Nether portal, which has fallen into Forleton due to an earthquake. This earthquake caused many problems in Forleton, with many passages being cut off and new ones opening. As such, the locals cannot help you much with traversing this labyrinth of tunnels.



Chatlog:

Modern: Speaking of the locals, the only race native to Forleton is the Forgotten, a race of grey skinned elves that live in huge cities situated in the biggest of caverns. Their palace and royal family were killed in the earthquake, causing a de-stabilization of power. Only one thing in the palace survived.



Chatlog:

Modern: The King’s throne, called the seat of power, survived the earthquake and lies in the ruins of the palace itself. This is your objective. There are many people vying to become King or Queen, with the most major factions being the Queen’s brother Draxxit, and a rebel leader named Holsel. Do not think that this will be any normal questline, as there is going to be a major change to Wynn as you know it.



Modern: UR and Wynn has teamed up to create this, the Hyper Reality Capsule, or HR. It is seven times more powerful than the UR capsule, and will be mandatory for playing Wynn. Do not worry, it come at a cheap price, only 200 credits. We have revamped the entire game to make it to be a fully realistic experience. With this we have added or changed a few features. Namingly, you now have the ability to gain titles. Want to be the king of Troms? A bovine or sslesion priest? Now you can! Along those lines, the reputation meter is now tailored to every single group of people in the game. There are over 40 different reputations you can change. There are many more changes, but you will have to figure them out for yourself. That brings us to the specific meta-topics of your contest.



Chatlog:

Modern: The entire contest is going to be streamed to Streaming.wynn, and will be publicly televised. You will be going into a beta version of the build, and as such you will lose all progress in the game, start at 0, and be restricted to the provinces of Wynn and Forleton.

Hunter: What! All the good grinding spots for 120-170 are in Annes!

Modern: You will have plenty of grinding spots, do not worry. Now, as I was saying, to win the contest you will have to be accepted as King/Queen of Forleton by a majority of the Forgotten Empire.

Mular: Uh, Empire, doesn’t that mean they have to have conquered multiple countries worth of land?

Modern: yes it does, and that brings us to one last thing. No one flinched when I said the first half of Forleton. There is a second half, which the Forgotten are in the process of taking over. I will not give you many details, but it is almost exactly the opposite of the first area, as it is not underground. The two areas are separated by a huge cliff, on the other side of the Southern Wynn Mountains. Now, I have one more thing to ask, do all of you have the weapons you were given at the beginning of your stay?

Tim: What? The shovel?

Pillowpet: I got a microphone if that’s what you mean…

Hunter: Yes I have.

Modern: Well, get them out, they are important. You will need them when you go on stage.

Tim: Stage?!?

Modern: Well all of you are part of the announcement silly! Follow me, we don’t have much time!

THERE WILL BE 20 COMPETITORS IN THE COMPETITION. I HAVE 15.

THE FIRST CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU TO NOMINATE SOMEONE FOR ME TO ASK IF THEY WOULD LIKE A CAMEO.
IT MUST BE SOMEONE WHO DOES SOMETHING COOL WITH WYNNCRAFT, AND CANNOT BE PART OF THE CONTENT TEAM.

I WILL CHOOSE SOMEONE AND ASK THEM. IF THEY AGREE THEY CAN CHOOSE ONE OTHER PERSON TO ALSO BE IN IT WITH THEM.
THEN THE SECOND CHALLENGE WILL START.
