(Luckily Velocidrome has quite low health so that balances it. Plus the defence is so bad compared to most large monsters)

Just as it rears up to slam into you, you claw at the Slagtoth's stomach, dealing 30 damage and killing it. The other Slagtoth is now, very slowly, walking towards you.

You wake up in the ground. Climbing out, you find yourself in a medium sized alcove halfway up a mountain, looking down on a vast ash covered area with many lava pools. Around you are strange green pools emitting yellow smoke. You wonder if you could jump down to somewhere below, but decide against it. There is a path leading to your left and behind you is a cave. You feel uneasy, as there are the remains of dwarves which were eaten by smammies several herbivores. From deep in the nearby tunnel, you hear something which sounds like a scream but it could just be the howling wind...

B - Go down the path which leads down the cliffs

It's because it's the best tanky monster and it also has several status effects and better damage than the other tank, the daimyo hermitaur. However, it doesn't have any high damage attacks, which makes it less OP.

Raios

The fireball hits the Nerscylla's head and explodes, dealing 25 damage and giving the Nerscylla fireblight. However, it slashes its claws towards you at the same time. Suddenly, a bright flash comes from behind you, caused by the Gypceros. The Nerscylla is stunned.

(XD. Well, it can't do much since herbivores are so slow, especially Slagtoth. In the actual game, they wouldn't outrun any large monster, which might be why they attack instead of running. And yes, you can eat them, though you would only need to eat one)

The Slagtoth lets out a surprised grunt as your claws sink into its neck and you deal 105 damage and kill the Slagtoth.

You wake up in a small clearing surrounded by Velociprey, who are guarding you. There is a path straight on and you see the remains of large monsters who seem to have been killed by something. Another path leads off to your left, and you notice that tracks left by you and your pack come from this way. Further down this path, you notice some unusual pawprints.

Blichus

You wake up in a cave filled with vines. You see several other Kecha Wacha sleeping around you. You see a ledge above you and there is an opening. There is a similar ledge on the far side of the cave. A Kecha Wacha comes out of the opening in that ledge and says, "Prepare to fight! A small group of Felynes are hunting outside! They'll find us any minute now.".

You attempt to bite at the Nerscylla's nearest leg but it jumps to the side. The Gypceros spits poison towards it, giving the Nerscylla the poison effect. Fireblight damages the Nerscylla for 5 health.

Going down the path and walking through the lava field, you realise that you are actually near the edge of the Volcanic Hollow and are heading towards the Primal Forest. You notice the body of a Slagtoth, which only live near the Primal Forest. There are two paths through the lava. One seems more dangerous to cross but the other... is that a dagger I see before me Gendrome you see? While it is surprising, it seems quite weak and something is lodged in its side, causing it to bleed heavily.

Following the footprints, they change at a clearing. Another set of footprints cross with these. The original ones also leave a trail of blood and go to the edge of the clearing, where they fly away. The other set go further into the forest.

Battle Ability 1: Shocking – Leap through the air, dealing 200% damage and paralysing your enemy
