Reason for leaving said guild/being kicked: I left WTS because it was a friend guild, The first time i left Fuq was due to
Inactivity, The Second was i wasnt gonna be on much to due to Depression.

Why you want to join: I Would love to come back and help Fuq out again.

Lol evidence for what? If your talking about how I never got invited, why would I need evidence for that? I mean my name wouldn't be in the guild stats area.

Captain, saying someone has a short memory is a negative statement of their persona, and can be taken as an insult. No mater your intention, it is an insensitive thing to say to someone.
And just for the record, there is no need for evidence that someone wasn't invited. Cupcake was accepted so just send another invite, simple as that.
