    So I'm trying to get the sealed letters, but I was wondering how long it takes for a relic shrine to respawn, cuz its not respawning ;-;.

    Sealed letters are a rare drop from relics (1 in 60 or something like that) they each have a part of a letter from Robert (Bob) to nirlem (merlin).
    Their only worth is lore wise and as a collectors item.
