Guild (now Recruiting) Dark Magic Level 22 Guild

As I sat in my chair, snack in one hand and water in the other, I realized something. I should probably make a thread for my guild. Alas, that was a week ago. I was far too lazy. But then, my guild started to level. And level. And level. And over the course of less than a week, my guild went from level 1 to 22. I pretty much forced myself to type all this on my day off of school. Now for the things you may (or may not) want to know.

What level do I have to be?
The lowest level is 45, but the preferred level is over 50.
Are there any xp requirements?
Something like 10% xp is appreciated, but it is perfectly fine to set to 0% for quests.
Do I have to donate any?
Donating is not required. However, it is in your best interest to donate as it helps further the guild's defenses. It also helps you get a higher rank.
This guild seems pretty chill, how do I get a higher rank?

Oh boy, here we go. I really hate typing all this.

THE RANKS AND HOW TO GET THEM

Underling (Recruit)
The lowest rank in the guild, achieved simply by entering the guild.

Underling Leader (Recruiter)
The next best thing to a real leader. Able to recruit new underlings who meet the guild standards.
Get this rank through being trusted by upper authorities and contributing to the guild.

Dark General (Captain)
Can do everything an underling leader can, but can start wars to win territories.
Earned by achieving glory in fighting for the guild, as well as contributing to the guild. Being trusted also helps with attaining this rank.

Dark Elder (Chief)
Has the power to manipulate- er, command the other members of the guild. Can kick members, promote people to a Dark General, and in general be one of the higher ups of the guild. Hard to earn, must be approved by both me and the Death Elder. Donations can win over any army, and glorious battle records help too.

Death Elder (Head Chief)
Has power over almost all of the guild, and manages donations. Unobtainable unless the current Death Elder, wrathofthestorm, quits or is banned from the guild. The Dark Elder most trusted by me will be appointed to this position if something happens to the current Death Elder.

Death Lord (Owner)
That's me! I probably won't be quitting anytime soon, but just in case the Death Elder is next in line for this position of all-power.
