    Water-based mages will be overpowered as hell due to mages being "buffed".

    The Empire Builder must refer to Jumla, because it was found in Almuj, which is Jumla spelled backwards. And unlimited imagination must represent the code. Jumla writes the code for wynncraft and he can add in pretty much whatever he wants, but he instead adds what the GMs dictate. It also isn't forcefully prioritized on a certain element thus making it similar to the Jack of All Trades. It can go down any path it wants to, it just depends on the wielders imagination!

    Low damage output, infinite mana usage, skill point boosts, Level cap up to at least 80 since you'd like rounded numbers, item description, description also seems to tell a story of how to obtain it.

    we magic the gathering now
    we have to pick certain elements for the min/maxing

    Also, I'm likely going fire for not only the "T3H PH1R3" jokes but also so that my tankiness will be crazy. Also, I'm not the only one thinking that a Water/Earth build will be crazy OP for the mages who want damage right? Same with Earth/Thunder for all the other classes. I'm still ticking with T3H PH1R3.

    Most discriptions will most likely do that, infinite mana would be stupid, 100 level cap been confirmed
