What does a lobotomy actually do? Like it splits your brain in twain, but how would that “help” other than confusing the body? Gotta find some medical person to tell me lol

depending on how successful it is, it just destroys a bunch to most connections in your frontal lobe and/or from the frontal lobe to the rest of the brain, which is like rolling a dice on minimalizing someone's reasoning, critical thinking, complex emotions, problem-solving and other very important thinky functions
