I was playing in WYNNCRAFT, listening the new and fantastic music you made guys but, there was a problem: the lag (and Java for me, why do you hate meeeeeeeee!!!).
So what I thought is if you could make a new disc with the
WYNNCRAFT' music for the guys who can't hear it for multiples problems, it will be free I suppose and you will update it.

If you want only! I'm not saying this is an order!

    Thanks for your time:
    Óscar [

PD: Sorry for my grammar mistakes, if you could help me with English I will be very happy!

When I heard the music, it stop because the lag (I suppose) and if they do a music album I could hear music non-stop and better than the game, I think it's a good idea.

Ok ita like this, you get a lag spike. The music loads but you don't hear it. The lag goes away and the music BLASTS IN YOUR EAR. Happened to me many times before

Noteblocks use Redstone and when you get lag client side, the server loads the redstone+noteblocks and they trigger once the lag goes away

I think what the OP is suggesting is that we convert the music into jukebox form and then play that instead since it's not as affected by lag since each note isn't being triggered by the server but rather the entire music piece is. However that probably won't happen any time EVER since the server is intent on being steadfast with its "Don't download anything" point of view.

The music isn't played off of noteblocks... It is played off of Salted's comp, Jumla made a plugin to play the music off of his comp at specific areas in the map. Not noteblocks at all but a program to make the music sound like noteblocks.

Just how the plugin is. It also gets quiet when you face in some directions. It is a bit buggy too...

The way it work is that the server make your client believe that there are noteblocks playing around you. If you move too fast the server can't catch up and the music sound farther, and when you turn around you can hear the music on different speakers because your client thinks the noteblocks are on a specific side.

Anyway, all I'll say about this thread is this:

Why not rapidly run the play sound command to everyone in an area? It seems like it might fix some of those problems.

Even more lag + why use redstone when you could cook up a juicy plugin...

    Well, not redstone.
I was thinking the plugin could use that same functionality to play the music with fewer problems. Salted said that the plugin is telling the client that a note block is playing a sound. So, when the player moved to quickly, the music got quiet. The client also has the ability to tell where the sound is coming from when using note blocks.
